Today went a little like this:

Run 5 miles 7-8
Work 9-4:30
Grocery store 4:30-5:00
Quick kitchen clean up 5:00-5:15
Whistle Wok (don’t need to go back anytime soon) 5:45-6:30
Wise guys comedy for good laughs 7:30-9:30
