Ran for the first time in 3 months. I had to break it up and didn’t run very far for fear of a knee set back but it was nice to enjoy the early morning clouds and sky while doing more than walking.
Then
off to work while Darren hiked all day. Some frustration as he went to
emerald lake. I knew he wanted to finish that hike last week but didn’t
because I was there. I need a new hobby.
