This winter just won’t end. So much snow and such a cold March. There’s more snow this year than any other year in my life. But I’ve been busy training for an half marathon so I haven’t even enjoyed the mountain snow. Darren has and snapped this picture of the Timpooneke bathroom. Crazy amount of snow. Also, I have a cold. First one in a very long time and I am so thankful it came this week and not last week. Blessings.
Half Marathon weekend in Moab. Good times - me, Darren, Kenzie, Tanner. We watched some March Madness, played a round of 5 crowns, some ran a long race (cool course running next to the Colorado river with red rock), some played golf, we had a lame burger at Moab Brewery (which was very disappointing since post race called for a burger), went to a bookstore, spent a little time at Arches, had delicious Chinese food at the Moab Food Truck Park, grabbed some Wendy’s Frostys at Frosty o’clock, and hit Island in the Sky on the way home. Lots of laughs and sore muscles and good times.
Lizzi and Hayden were sealed today! Happy to be part of this great day in the Cedar City Temple.
It was a good pi day. Darren received a big award at work and Sadie and I looked at worms after the rain.
Vanilla ice cream taste off for Sunday night entertainment with Tanner, Kenz, Rylie, Camrie, Sadie, D, and me.
Another 24 hour cabin trip with my Snow friends! I love this tradition so much. Tara, Patty, Mary Ellen and me. We met for an early dinner at The Strap Tank and then enjoyed T’s cabin and all the good stuff that comes with cabin time. Movies, snacks, some games (more than usual this year), and lots of chatting (also lots of snow).
Sometimes a Thursday calls for an after school Arctic Circle run with Cam and Sadie.
