So I'm done taking a picture a day. It was fun for awhile but now it seems like a chore and if something that is supposed to be fun feels like a chore then it is time to be done.
Now I am going to turn this little blog of mine into random thoughts for awhile. (With or without pictures, but most likely without.)
The hardest part of playing school - after choosing your name - is the fight over who gets to be the teacher. Fun, I know. (Artwork by Sadie. Or Sarah if you're using her school name. :)
I am embarrassed at how little baseball I have watched this year. It's postseason and I didn't even realize who had made it this far until they had already had a wild card playoff.
What has happened to me?!
But I sure do like postseason playoff games during the day to fold laundry to.
Heath brought Cam over her birthday candy bar card. This is the best tradition. They are so fun to read and laugh at. Lots of laughs with Cam's card. :)
It's a great time of year when we have peaches from our tree. There aren't very many but what is there is delicious. It doesn't get much better than picking a peach and enjoying it immediately. I do like room temperature fruit.
By now I am not surprised that what actually happens when we do something is not close to what I envisioned happening. I thought that we would ride up the canyon, singing along in the car, oohing and aahing at the fall colors. What really happened was that the kids kept saying, "can we go home now?" and barely looked out the window. Cam and Ry did manage to find a cool leaf that was green and red. Fun, I know.
