Ran in a Ragnar trail race. Last minute desperate invitation from a random neighbor. It wasn’t quite my thing as there were way too many people and we were camped on top of each other. But the running part was challenging and rewarding and I enjoyed being out on the trails. 3 loops to run - two 4 mile runs and a 7.3 mile run. I chuckle as they call it “Zion Ragnar”. Very little Zion seeing involved.
