2 tender mercies not long apart helped my Friday go from crappy to good.  Also had a fabulous date night with D - Mama Chu's Mexican restaurant in Orem followed by the nature photography exhibit at the Bean Museum.  We decided they really need to ask our opinions before giving out awards because they were way wrong on quite a few.

I have never regretted checking a kid out of school to play so Sadie and I went to free zoo day.  Love hanging with that girl.  The animals were awesome today all active and stuff.

I watched The Voice tonight without Kenz.  Sigh.  I just talked to the TV.  D tried to humor me and did a good job making comments.  I ended up snapping Kenz most of the show.  Fun, I know.

Sadie rocks at Candyland.  That girl beats me every time.  And that is not a game you can just let someone win.  Her secret - go second.

Rylie finished up her indoor soccer session this morning.  She played awesome!  Such a great game on defense for her.  She worked so hard and it was fun to see her feel so good after the game because she worked so hard.

Spaghetti Factory tonight was a great way to spend a Saturday night.  I am liking when we have to wait to be seated.  Not for an hour like tonight, but some wait is good to give me the chance to hang with my kiddos more.
