A quick after work hike up Corner Canyon in Draper to Ghost Falls.  Fun, I know. 
(It should be called little tiny baby falls.)

We've worked out a system where D leads to hike and scares off any snakes that might be near the trail.  :)

Happy Father's Day.

The results are in - Darren received The World's Greatest Dad award.  A few year's ago he was #1 but now he's the world's greatest.  He even got a Tshirt to prove it.

I am loving this month of hiking.  D and I have escaped to the mountains quite a few times.  Yes, us.  

Today's hike was Mount Mahogany.  Fun, I know.

Hiked to my first "Peak" today.  Gradeur Peak.  It was a fabulous hike with amazing scenery on the way up and a vast view of the valley from the top.  Fun, I know.

What wasn't fun was the dang snake that scared me.  I do not like snakes.  However I do like wildflowers.

I laughed so hard tonite at quite a few hilarious comments made from our peanut gallery.  

("He's got to have some kind of disease that makes him look so old."  "Yes, it's called age."  :)

D's doctorate graduation was today in Logan.  That's right, I am married to a Dr.  (And I got no good pictures of the actual graduation so this picture will have to do.)

I'll be honest, it's a little intimidating that while he seems to be getting smarter I seem to be getting less smart.  Unless of course we are discussing Disney or calendar schedules - cause I am all over those 2 topics. 

I am way proud of D and glad we could go support him in walking the walk and in being there through the journey.  We have a pretty cool family (all the kids and both sets of parents) that all drove to Logan and sat through a lot of names being read until finally it was, "Darren Edgar Draper - Ed D." (or something like that).
