We hiked to Cecret Lake today - definitely one of my very favorite hikes.  

Somehow we avoided getting rained on.  Fun, I know.

The wildflowers were out but still have more to bloom.  I do love wildflowers.

I LOVE summer rain.  The smell, the coolness, the puddles - love.

Kenz appreciates it as well and headed out to enjoy it.

Then the little girls plus D and I headed out to jump in puddles.  

Not too many puddles, but the tried and true puddle in between the Peterson's and Calkins' was there for us.  Fun, I know.

All the girls went to BYU to pick up Mason from Soccer Camp.  

That campus is so beautiful.  I really need to go there more.  

We tried to hit the Bean Museum but it was closed.  That happens.  

We hit the art museum and saw some ducks instead.  Fun, I know.

It's the summer of the snowcones.

Paradise Ice has been a great friend this summer.  So far we've been there 8 times as a family.  Even though we spend about $10, it has been $80 of yummy goodness.  Last nite I had wedding cake and it was delicious.

Mason also rides his bike down with his friends for some shaved ice goodness.  Fun, I know.
