Mormon Battalion and Temple Grounds - good choices for some Sunday visits.
The Mormon Battalion was awesome and I learned a ton about this amazing adventure of the early Saints. The San Diego temple was beautiful! I loved the feeling at both of these places. Such a stark contrast to the world.
(We loved these purple flowers seen around San Diego.)
