Still giddy about the hike yesterday.  Watching the water come off the top of the alcove was such an awesome hiking experience.  The drops came down slowly - almost like slow motion and you could catch them.  Amazing.  One of my favorite hiking experiences ever.

And happy Mother's Day to me.  Pretty awesome kids I get to learn from.

Thinking of how I am thankful for good friends this week.  Friend that texts me when my daughter scores in her soccer game.  Friend that brings me salsa.  Friend that speaks kind words when I need them most.  Friend that I love coaching with.  Friend from 20 years ago that reminds me we were good ball players back in the day.  And my favorite friend that drives 6 hours to hike 6 miles with me.

Kacee dropped off some salsa for a little Cinco De Mayo celebration.  She's so cool!  Mason and I enjoyed it at about 9:30pm while watching a little Studio C.  Fun, I know.
