I have love/hate feelings for the sandbox.  I love that the kids can create and play, but I hate that the sand makes its way into my house, in their hair, and pretty much everywhere. 

Right now the sandbox is new for the year so my feelings are much more loving than they will be in a month or so...

Tonite we reviewed the proper way to eat Peeps.  

First off, when choosing Peeps, always choose the bunnies.  When eating the bunny, start with the body.  Next eat the head, which saves the best part for last - the ears.  The ears have more sprinkle to marshmallow ratio which makes them the most delicious part.  Mmm...

Pay it forward.  

Kenz and I were at Runner's Corner in line to buy shoes.  Kenz was looking at these headbands (above) but we decided that today was not the day to get them as she was getting shoes.  The man in line in front of us asked us to save his spot and he grabbed some headbands.  We thought he was buying them for his daughter.  When we got up to pay and the man had left with his purchases, the guy at the register gave us the headbands and said that the man in front of us had bought them for Kenz.  WOW.  How do you thank someone for that?  It made a huge impact on Kenz and I that someone would be so thoughtful and generous getting nothing in return.  Hopefully we can pay it forward in some way.

March Madness baby!  I love the first 2 rounds where there is always a game on.

The other day Sadie noticed basketball on the TV and she said, "look mom.  It's your favorite movie."  You betcha.

We had a fabulous trip to the zoo today.  

Cam, Sade, me, and a bunch of cousins (plus some adults).  

I'm becoming the crazy aunt.  I just hope I'm the fun, likable, crazy aunt.  :)

I think I said - let's all be an animal in this picture.  Not sure what any of us are.  Oh boy.
