Pine Hollow is awesome right now.  I visited yesterday with Sariah and Lorien and I visited today with D.  The second meadow was so pretty!  I love looking through the Aspens to see the fluffy bright white snow.  Yesterday it was snowing on us which was cool.  Today it was windy which was cold.  :)

I love how Cam dances around the house.  She was putting dishes away and was dancing and watching herself in the fridge reflection while all three girls sang a random song.

Had a great evening of playing song quiz with the fam thanks to Alexa.  Kids choose songs from the 2010s and then D and I faced off in an 80s song quiz duel.

I am sure enjoying choir.  I like that there's a place for a non technical singer like me to praise the Lord through song.  We sang Redeemer of Israel in sacrament meeting and I got chills.  Then at choir practice Emily gave me the sweetest encouragement and reminded me of my gift to support.  She mentioned how often I am lead before her to let her know she can do a hard calling.  It happened with YW and it happened with choir.  The two of us will always have a bond.  And to think this choir stuff started with Mason singing on his mission.

Good hike to Dooley Knob on Antelope Island.  I always love me a good hike with D.  It was kinda cool to hike a new trail.  Cool views.  We had 3 or 4 antelope cross the trail right in front of us.  I've never seen antelope on a hike before.  Way cool.  It's always nice to sit down and enjoy some lunch with D on a rock while watching buffalo way below.  Port of Subs suggestion by Josh was great.

Kelly asked me to take her snowshoeing so we headed to Spruces.  It was amazing.  The conditions were the kind you dream about.  Fresh snow, fluffy powder, breaking trail, blue sky - is was just so amazing.  And I successfully navigated us around the loop.  I just love, love when you're snowshoeing and it's just a little downhill and you just glide through the powder.  It's such a great feeling.

Good hike today to Lake Blanche.  Lorien and Sariah are awesome hiking friends.  We made it to the top and were frozen by wind so we took a few photos and headed down.  Not quite the photography moment I had looked forward too especially since my phone died from the cold.  That happens.  It was still a great hike and we ended our adventure with Smash Burger.

Awesome day in Logan.  Lunch and the Logan Rec Center and Aggie ice cream. Yep, awesome day.  We had a great time playing racquetball at the rec center mixed with a little bit of wallyball.  And really, it's just always nice to have a day to be together.  We very much missed Mason.

Good day!  Hike up Dry Creek in the morning, zoo with Sadie in the afternoon, and hanging with D in the evening.

Rhino was cool to watch eat with his green slober and straight mouth.  Also fun to see - curly monkey tail guy, spider monkeys, kid elephant, bald eagles, seals and sea lions, tiger, gray wolves, ginormous turtle, star turtle, spotted turtle (Sadie has a thing for turtles), kid orangutan, and gorillas (way cool).

Whenever I hear "Riptide" I think of Ry and her ukulele and how I love when she plays that song.  I love when she plays all sort of songs on her uke.  And I way love when she plays The Greatest Showman songs and the girls sing along.

Happy Groundhog Day.  I celebrated with a Spruces snowshoe.  We even built a snowman and named him Phil.  It was a good time in the snow that followed a good hike yesterday to Grandeur Peak.  Although today was more wandering while yesterday was an uphill trek.  We were feeling pretty good yesterday after our 3.5 and 2600 feet up until we saw a lady who had passed us earlier and then summited for the second time.
